Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Verification

Account Registration

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mstbet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market type and game format. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting (including Cricket & PSL):

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.

Casino & Slot Games:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, audited independently for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned. Any winnings displayed prior to the malfunction being confirmed are not payable.

Prohibited Conduct

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude mstbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by mstbet's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Suspension & Termination

mstbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct section.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or match-fixing.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following written notice to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms and Conditions, mstbet reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus funds and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to withhold the account balance pending investigation and referral to relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for any reason other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete.
